2. Not travel advice

HarborPulse is not a travel agency and does not provide professional travel advice. You are responsible for verifying information with official sources.

3. Personal-use license

HarborPulse is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use only.

• No agency use: you may not use HarborPulse to provide services to clients (including travel agencies, concierge services, or tour operators) without written permission.
• No commercial resale: you may not repackage, resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute HarborPulse data or outputs.

4. Data access and scraping

• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download HarborPulse content or data by automated means.
• Do not use bots/scripts to make repetitive or high-volume requests beyond normal interactive browsing.
• Do not copy HarborPulse data into external databases, products, or model-training pipelines without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, or other security protections.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarborPulse is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site.
